Typical projects in Rhineland-Palatinate

  1. Wine festivals from the Ahr to the Palatinate

Rhineland-Palatinate is wine country: on the Ahr, Moselle, Middle Rhine, Nahe and in Rheinhessen, one wine festival follows the next from spring to autumn. Event tents with bar trailers, beer table sets and toilet trailers have been the backbone of the festival mile there for decades.

  2. Corporate events and trade fairs across the state

From Mainz to Trier, from Montabaur to Ludwigshafen: for company parties, anniversaries, product presentations and trade fairs, we deliver clear-span tent halls up to 30 m wide with facades, flooring, air conditioning and power, dependable throughout Germany with our own logistics.

  3. Municipal festivals and anniversaries

Town festivals, local anniversaries, municipal events: municipalities need reliable partners with complete tent documentation and a well-rehearsed assembly team. We have brought both since 1978.

Frequently asked questions about our service in Rhineland-Palatinate

Do you really deliver throughout Rhineland-Palatinate?
Yes, from the Ahr to the Palatinate and, on request, throughout Germany. With our own fleet, forklifts and crane, we reliably plan longer journeys too.
Is an enquiry worthwhile even over longer distances?
An enquiry is always worthwhile: with our own logistics, distance is rarely the obstacle, especially for larger events. We will get back to you with an honest assessment for your location.
Do you help with permits for event tents?
Registration with the municipality is the organiser's responsibility; we provide the technical documentation for the tent and set it up according to the specifications of its inspection book. Talk to us early and together we will clarify what your authority wants to see.
