As early as possible, especially for dates between May and September when demand is at its peak. As a rule: the earlier you enquire, the wider the selection. Short-notice requests are always worth it too; we get back to you quickly with an honest assessment.

Every event is different: size, equipment, location and rental period determine the price. That is why we prepare an individual quote for you. The fastest way is our configurator: put together your enquiry, send it off, and you will receive your personal quote promptly.

That depends on the size, location and type of event. In Germany, municipalities often require an official acceptance inspection above a certain tent size (known as “Fliegende Bauten”, temporary structures). Talk to us early: we will tell you what applies to your tent and which documents you need.

As a rule of thumb, banquet seating with round tables needs approx. 1.5 m² per guest, beer-set seating approx. 0.8 m² and standing receptions approx. 0.5 m² per guest. For 100 guests at a banquet, around 150 m² is recommended, plus space for a buffet, bar, stage or dance floor. Our configurator calculates this automatically for you.

Our tents stand on grass, gravel, paving or asphalt. For delicate surfaces or ground that cannot be anchored, we offer our anchor-free heavy-duty flooring from our workshop, available for event tents of 10, 15 and 20 m width. Just tell us what your site looks like and we will advise you on the right solution.

Our own experienced assembly team handles delivery, set-up and dismantling. There is nothing you need to take care of: we coordinate the schedule so the tent is standing well before your event.

That is exactly what our tents are built for: certified structures that withstand wind and rain. With solid flooring, closed side walls and heating, you celebrate dry and warm in any weather.

Yes. We rent out heaters with 75, 100, 125 and 150 kW as well as air-conditioning units, including air ducts for even distribution under the tent roof. That keeps it warm in winter and pleasantly cool at the height of summer.

No problem: we rent out power generators with 75 and 100 kVA that reliably supply lighting, music, kitchen, heating or air conditioning.

In three tiers. We are at home in the Ahr valley and the surrounding region: Ahrweiler, Bonn, Koblenz, the Eifel and Rhineland-Palatinate. There you get the complete range, including small party tents and short-notice dates. Event and large tents we deliver throughout Germany, which is what our in-house fleet, forklifts and crane are for. Our Manhattan tents we also rent out across Europe.

Yes, modern toilet trailers for events with 50 to 2,000 guests are part of our rental fleet. We recommend the right size based on your number of guests and the duration of your event.

Yes, that is our all-round carefree package, and we are open about what comes from where: tent, equipment and toilet trailers are ours. Drinks, bar trailers, tap systems and service staff run through our family group of companies. Catering and lighting technology we do not provide in house; we book those through established partner companies for you and coordinate them with the tent set-up. For you it stays one point of contact.
