Accessibility statement

Scope

This statement applies to the Zeltverleih F.Juchem GmbH website at zeltverleih-juchem.de in German and English.

Level of conformance

Our goal is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. In September 2026 the website was reviewed through an analysis of its source code and automated tests. A full review with screen readers, high magnification and the involvement of people with disabilities is still pending. To the best of our knowledge, the website is therefore partially conformant.

Measures implemented

  • Navigation, the configurator and forms can be operated by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator and a link to skip the navigation. This is covered by automated tests.
  • Moving content (slideshow) can be paused and stays still when reduced motion is enabled in the operating system.
  • Forms have visible labels, marked required fields and clear error messages with a summary that leads directly to the field concerned.
  • The website’s colours are chosen so that text and controls meet the level AA contrast requirements; the values have been calculated. For text on photos, see below.
  • Pages are structured with headings, landmarks and correctly marked-up language; informative photos have text descriptions.

Non-accessible content

As things stand, the following points have not been reviewed, or not completely:

  • The legibility of text placed over photos has not been measured against the actual pixels for every image.
  • Behaviour with screen readers (NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack) and at 400 % magnification has not yet been tested manually.

Enforcement procedure

If you do not receive a satisfactory response to your report, you can contact the German federal states’ market surveillance authority for the accessibility of products and services (Marktüberwachungsstelle der Länder für die Barrierefreiheit von Produkten und Dienstleistungen, MLBF). It is responsible for monitoring the requirements of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz, BFSG).
