Typical projects in Bonn

  1. Corporate events in the federal city

Bonn is home to major corporations, federal authorities, UN organisations and a dense conference scene. Representative event tents are in demand accordingly: from a Manhattan tent for a reception to an event tent for the summer party with the entire workforce, including air conditioning, power and furniture.

  2. Celebrations on the Rhine and in the countryside

The Rheinaue park, views of the Siebengebirge, a garden wedding in Bad Godesberg: people around Bonn love celebrating outdoors. A party tent with wooden flooring, windows and lighting makes your garden or meadow weatherproof, without you having to worry about the set-up.

  3. Club and town festivals in the Rhein-Sieg district

Between Rheinbach, Siegburg and Königswinter, clubs and municipalities celebrate all year round. We deliver event tents with beer table sets, stage, bar trailer and toilet trailer as a complete package, tailored to the site and the programme.

Frequently asked questions about our service in Bonn

Do you deliver to Bonn and the Rhein-Sieg district?
Yes, Bonn and the Rhein-Sieg district are part of our core area. From Heimersheim we are on site quickly via the A61 and A565, with our own fleet and our own assembly team.
Do you also set up in courtyards or on company car parks?
Yes. With our own forklifts, rough-terrain forklift and crane, we erect tents even where space is tight. For delicate surfaces or ground that cannot be anchored, we offer our anchor-free heavy-duty flooring from our workshop.
Do I need a permit for the tent in Bonn?
That depends on the size, location and type of event; above a certain tent size, municipalities often require an official acceptance inspection. Talk to us early and we will tell you which documents are available for your tent.
